1. How do I become a Member of CleanWaterMarketplace.com (CWM)?
It's easy to join CWM- and you do it all yourself! Go to Member Center, and click the
'Membership is Free...Join Now!' link and fill out the form. Upon your form submission your Membership
is immediately active!
2. How do I get a CWM User ID and Password?
You create your User ID and Password yourself. Select something that you will easily remember
since you will use your User ID and Password when logging into CWM. You create your User ID and
Password when you put it into the Membership form when you fill it out for the first time.
3. How much of my membership data is shown on the site?
The only member data that is displayed on the site is your User ID. Try to select a User ID
that represents your Company or something about your business.
4. How do I create a Company Store Front on CWM?
As with ALL member services, you must First become a member of CWM. However, to create a
store front you must also register your company to create a company account. Once you have a company
account, simply click 'STORE FRONTS' on the menu, click 'CREATE' on the Store fronts menu, log-on
with the User ID and Password you created, and then follow the instructions for creating your Store
Front.
5. How do I change my Store Front, Directory listings OR anything
else that I have created on CWM?
Everything that you create on CWM can be edited. Simply log-on, go to the area of
interest, click to EDIT your listings and the system will bring up whatever listing you have created
using your unique User ID and Password. From that point you may change your copy and resubmit your
data. Your listing information will be updated immediately!
